How much is postage?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the basket total.
Do you post Worldwide?
Unfortunately and with great sadness I am unable to post to European countries, and as of August 2025 the USA as well due to the new trade tariffs. I live in hope that this may be temporary. Available destinations are shown at checkout, these include England, Scotland, Wales, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Shipping rates are shown at checkout and vary for each item. Please note, International customers are responsible for any custom fees incurred on arrival. The USA has only recently changed import rules from the UK and it is an ever changing situation so please check back in periodically.
How long before dispatch?
In Stock items are posted within 2 working days via Royal Mail. You will receive a dispatch notification once your delivery is on its way. Made-to-order dispatch times vary depending on my workload but expect up to 8 weeks. Tracking details are sent at the time of posting.
Where is my parcel?
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged DO NOT throw away the packaging, instead photograph the parcel before unpacking as proof. Without proof you will not be able to submit a claim to the post office. Likewise, if your parcel does not arrive do contact the postal service quoting the tracking number given at the time of dispatch. Unfortunately Faerysteps is not liable for missing parcels.
I have changed my mind, can I return my order?
All custom / made to order sales are final and are non refundable. Incredibly expensive materials alongside hours of painstaking work have gone into completing your order. Stock items can be returned unworn, unused and in the original packaging at customers expense within 14 days. A 10% restocking fee applies to cover the time and costs of handling and re-listing. Refunds are subject to terms above and are not guaranteed.

Stock items must be returned unworn / unused and in the new condition in which they were received, in their original packaging. This excludes TEXTILES, we are unable to accept returns for these items. Always try shoes on a clean carpeted surface to assess fit and take note of the fitting instructions given on the sizing page.
